Recently, the "Made in Chongqing" medium and large SUV, which has received much attention, has asked for a new M7, and its monthly order has exceeded 60,000 units. On October 24th, Sailis Auto Smart Factory ushered in an open day to explore the whole process of the birth of high-selling cars.

Sailisi Automobile Smart Factory is located in Shapingba District. Construction started in 2020, with a total investment of about 4 billion yuan. As a smart factory built according to "Made in China 2025" and Internet of Things standards, it has an intelligent collaborative system "digital brain", which includes four major processes of vehicle manufacturing and some parts production areas, and has the characteristics of intelligence, digitalization and flexibility, and can be used to produce high-end intelligent networked cars.

Sailisi Automobile Smart Factory, as the production place of the new M7, has the whole process workshop of stamping, welding, painting and final assembly. Into the factory, highly automated production lines, robots and workers work together, and every detail shows the technology and rigor of intelligent manufacturing. It is also from here that the whole process of vehicle production is completed and delivered to consumers with high quality.

According to reports, among the four major process workshops, the stamping workshop adopts the world’s advanced automatic production line, and the welding workshop is equipped with 344 robots, realizing 100% automatic welding and gluing. The painting workshop adopts the world’s leading environmental protection materials and automatic spraying technology to ensure the high quality and efficient spraying of the car body. The assembly workshop integrates a variety of advanced technologies, from the interior to the chassis, and then to the final assembly, which has achieved efficient and high-precision production.

In terms of quality control management, Sailis Auto Smart Factory has adopted a strict inspection system and adhered to the principle of "one car and one physical examination" to realize 100% automatic inspection of each component, "one in and one out" and full-time full-scale inspection. As a local new energy automobile enterprise in Chongqing, Sailis Automobile Smart Factory has also adopted a variety of energy-saving and environmental protection measures, renewable resources and recycling technologies to achieve zero emission and pollution, and ensure that it can truly meet the environmental protection process standards.
