　　The total number of China sports delegation in Tokyo Olympic Games is 777, including 431 athletes (298 female athletes and 133 male athletes), 307 staff members of sports teams such as coaches, team leaders and medical personnel, and 39 staff members of regimental headquarters. Coaches include 30 foreign teachers from 19 countries including the United States, Germany, Britain and France, covering 17 events including track and field, rowing, water polo and rugby. Tokyo Olympic Games is the largest Olympic Games for China sports delegation to participate overseas. At present, the vaccination rate of delegation members is 99.61%.

　　First, the basic situation of athletes

　　431 athletes came from 28 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities, including 33 athletes from 9 ethnic minorities including Manchu, Mongolian and Hui. The average age of athletes is 25.4 years old. The youngest is Quan Hongchan of diving team, aged 14, and the oldest is Li Zhenqiang of equestrian team, aged 52.

There are 291 people who have participated in the Asian Games, accounting for 67.52% of the total number of athletes, and 140 people who have not participated in the Asian Games, accounting for 32.48% of the total number of athletes.
